George Kadankavil
Director, Bethlehem Matrimonial

George Kadankavil, Founder and Director of Bethlehem Matrimonial, has devoted over three decades to transforming matrimonial services with integrity and compassion.

An Air Force Veteran and former U.S.-based personnel manager, he returned to India to launch commission-free matchmaking platforms. He pioneered Vaivahika Sangamam, promoting direct interactions between families seeking marriage alliance.

He has also authored 300+ articles and published 3 books, including A book on The Theory of Marriage Alliance and another book on Theory of Human Behaviour (T.A.) in addition to multiple hand books and audio books covering various aspects of pre and post marriage life. All these are narrated in his own voice and are available in Bethlehem website.

Beyond services in matrimonials, he founded and trained members of Association of Single Women for Action & Self help (ASWAS) and formed Santhwana Institute of H.R.D. He served as President of Cyriac Elias Voluntary Association.

As Director of the Bethlehem Center for Research and Family Development and Editor of Bethlehem News Magazine, he continues to inspire change through family enrichment and community empowerment.

Now residing in Bless Retirement Living near Perumbavoor, George Kadankavil remains the guiding force behind a movement that blends tradition, innovation, and heartfelt service.
